Easy Tzatziki with Carrots
In the tradition of the Mediterranean diet, dips and spreads hold a special place. They are part of the meze culture found throughout the entire Mediterranean. In Greek cooking, the number of dips is endless and many are based on Greek yogurt. I get so many requests for how to make tzatziki, the classic Greek yogurt-cucumber-garlic dip, and most people are surprised to see how easy it is. This take on a classic tzatziki is an easy and healthy way to impress guests and the perfect example of how to “think” Mediterranean diet with Mediterranean ingredients that are actually everyday products you can find at your local supermarket. On that, the sea fennel, garlic puree, and olive oil used in...

Salt is no one’s friend. Very bad for high blood pressure. Have you heard of no salt diet
Love Diane, absolutely hate the background music/racket. Incredibly irritating. Had to stop watching. Not sure why people can’t just talk without all of the racket playing.
I love Diane!!! She is so generous with sharing her recipes and her cooking show is truly one of the best on PBS. I think it would be cool & fun for Diane & Lidia to do a cooking show together like Jacques & Julia did. Diane is friends with owners of a fantastic Greek restaurant Molyvos in the Hell's kitchen hood in Manhattan where I happen to live. I sadly missed the special event dinner there prepared by Diane earlier this year. I really wanted to attend & the vegetarian menu looked amazing that she was going to make. Hope it was a big success & she may do another guest chef event there again. Diane is AMAZING!! Making her feta stuffed long peppers for company tomorrow. A friend came to dinner last night & brought a big slice of Portokalopita orange cake. I've had many Greek pastries, but never experienced this incredibly delicious orange sheet cake. WOW! He got it at the Omonia Greek Cafe Bakery in Astoria Queens. Love to see Diane's recipe for Portokalopita!

OPA! 🇬🇷👍
What are giant beans? Are they solely an Ikarian vegetable? Or is it possible to get them in Connecticut, New England, USA.
👏👏👏I’d order the beans, cauliflower, tomatoes, olives, and skip the meat market. 😂
❤🎹🎼🕊🌱🌸🌼🌸🎶 Happiness!

Thank you so much!
We Italians serve polenta with hunter’s chicken and in Venice they serve white polenta with shrimp. Chicken Kapama and Shrimp Saganaki would be Greek equivalents?
Terracotta and flowers!! Beautiful!
thanks!
